Congo is the source of inspiration for music in Africa and beyond. Awilo Longomba’s “Coupé Bibamba” from 1998 has been sampled in the song Sability of Ayra Starr. The two ladies in the background are using Congolese dance moves. Heavy shout out to Ayra Starr for this one !
